The Association For The Welfare Of The Adult Deaf And Dumb Established In August 1961 Under The Dynamic Leadership Of Late Muhammad Yaqoob But ( Retired Deputy Secretary Government Of Pakistan) And Registered On 19th October’ 1963 With Government Of West, Pakistan In The Year 1963 Wide Registration No. DSW/167 of 1963, From Lahore under Voluntary Social Welfare Agencies (Registration & Control) Ordinance 1961 (XLVI of 1961),
Ø To Provide Common Meeting Place For The Special Person (Deaf & Dumb).
Ø To Provide Recreation Facilities For Special People (Deaf & Dumb).
Ø To Improve Their Speech & Knowledge.
Ø To Adopt Measures For Their Welfare.
Ø To Impart Social And Technical Education
Ø To Provide Free Medical Facilities.
Ø To Assist And Encourage Them To Secure Gainful Employment.
Ø To Rehabilitate Them In Their Life.
Ø To Provide Shelters To Them.
Ø To Encourage Friendly Feelings And Unanimity Among The Deaf & Dumb
Ø On All Subjects Connected With Their Common Well.
Ø To Secure Organized Action On All Subjects Relating To The Interest Of Deaf & Dumb.
Ø To Collect Disseminate Statistical And Other Information And Educate People In The Matter Of Special People (Deaf & Dumb).
Ø To Help (Deaf & Dumb) Special People Regarding Government Policies Which Beneficial For Them.
Ø To Promote Encourage And Render And Possible Help Among Skilled Special Persons (Deaf & Dumb) And Formulate Scheme For The Purpose In Order To Relieve Unemployment.
Ø To Convince In Remains And Conferences At Such Places And Time As Deemed May Determined From Time To Time.
Ø To Amalgamate Or Affiliate With Any Institute Or Association Having Objects All Together Or In Past Similar To Those Of Thus Welfare Association.
