• MANUFACTURING SETUP Our manufacturing set up forms the backbone of our company we Mughal Enterprises has its own two manufacturing and production units located at Lahore-PAKISTAN. All these facilities are equipped with latest machines and tools to deliver the perfect quality products. Our total manufacturing setup can be divided in Seven Units and each unit running the many departments.   

• 1st Unit: Material Assessment & stock department is primary responsible for material and its assessment for time either it will need extremely in future production or not.   
• 2nd Unit: Cutting Department is famous to cutting of the leather into appropriate shapes with help of hydraulic machines and where some leather cutter specialist provide their services.   
• 3rd Unit: Scaving Department is famous for scaving of leather cut pieces with help of hydraulic machines and where some leather scaver specialist provide their services.
• 4th Unit:  Stitching Department is famous for stitching of the safety shoes with help of trained team to convert into absolute stitched safety shoes.    Inspection Department is keep take the responsibility to examination of the stitched safety shoes for confident products and more its inspection period can carry two or three phase. 
• 5th Unit: Bottom Department is a tecnical work. Here trained team to convert into absolute shape on ferma
• 6th Unit: Sole Operation is a machinery operation with the help of trained operater
• 7th Uni: Finish Department is a final touch of safety shoes. Here finishman polish shoes and pack in cartons. Every pair is packed in white small box.10 pairs of shoes in packed one carton.
